Ranjeet Reddy Paladugu began his nearly two-decade-long career in 2000 as a finance manager for Qwest Communications, a role in which he spearheaded a multibillion dollar merger with a Fortune 100 company. He built upon this experience in his next position as a senior finance manager for the multinational technology firm Avaya. There, Ranjeet Reddy Paladugu helped lead a startup division within the company while identifying market opportunities that doubled revenue.
From 2006 to 2017, Mr. Paladagu held a variety of leadership roles with companies under the umbrella of L’Oreal, an international cosmetics firm. While serving as business partner and controller for the firm’s Lancome division, he managed all profit and loss responsibilities for a brand that generated more than $1 billion in sales each year. He also served as a finance executive for L’Oreal’s Redken, Urban Decay, and Salon Centric brands during this time.
Mr. Paladagu brings this cumulative experience to bear in his current role as the CEO of Specialty Holdings, an investment firm he founded in 2018 that offers customer-focused strategies for maximizing business value and improving operations. The recipient of a bachelor’s and master’s degree in engineering, he also holds an MBA from Cornell University and has completed additional postgraduate business training at MIT.
